Slowing down.

Chaos, everytime you look around. An organized mess, you said holding your chin high up, still trying to keep up on a gigantic amount of workload under a short period of time.

You went through the list that you can not even keep up, crossing one by one but still adding more into the pile. You began to feel overwhelmed with everything and feeling like you have no more time left.

You started having breathing difficulties. A lot of what-ifs came rushing into your mind, you even started doubting your own ability. Failure seems more likely to be an option than anything else.

You saw an image of your dreams and goals getting crushed into the ground. You tried to scream on the top of your lungs, but no sound ever came out. You started losing your grip and your hands became numb. Is this it? You mumbled, as you began to lose your consciousness.

You tried to stand up again, realizing each and every breath you took. You breathe in deeply through your nose and counted to three. And then, you exhale for four seconds. You continued the cycle until your breathing returns back to normal and your vision started to come back.

Your gaze shifted back to your clock, to your calendar. You still have time. Plenty of it, in fact. No one’s gonna rushed you. Slowing down is the best option you can do for your health and wellbeing. Find a way to breathe even in the most mentally drained situation.

Breathe. Let me remind you once again.

You still have time. Trust the process and work your way up slowly. Each task you crossed off means each step closer you’ve taken towards your goals.

You will find your own way. A rocky road or a few bumps ahead? No matter what it is, you will find it. It is not going to be easy by any means, buckle up and enjoy the ride for now.
